We sell a lot of different items here at Dilydalee.co. Because of this, each item and it's shipping times and costs can vary compared to other items.
We have many FREE + SHIPPING offers where we offer our products free and the customer just pays a small shipping/handing charge to send the item. These shipping times and costs vary based on the location of where the items are being sent to. Almost all our jewelry items will be shipping from our international warehouses in Asia.
Why are you offering free items?
The items are free because of a special promotion to launch our new store, or because one of our suppliers wants to test how popular their items are before computing a price. Take note... these free items won't be free for long! If you see a free offer - snatch it up before we start charging for them.
Is this website a Scam?
No, we're not a scam. 1000's have already ordered our bracelets, jewelry and tshirts and they love the look and feel of our products. If you have any hesitations or questions, just call our toll free phone number or send us an email or chat with a rep if they are online.
Why is the Shipping so high on a Free + Shipping Offer?
It's not really high, if you think about it. We could charge you $7.95 for the item plus a shipping amount to make the costs exactly the same as the final shipping cost. These items come straight overseas from our warehouse, to your door.They are handmade with heart and skill. The items are picked and packed from the warehouse, labels are printed and then the items get on a plane, then goes through customs, and gets processed through your local postal system. It's an expensive journey! Buying 2 or more saves you on the shipping charges and gets you volume discounts on most FREE + SHIPPING offers
How long does it take to get an item shipped?
This depends on the location of our warehouses and where the item is going. As stated, almost all our F+S items come from our international warehouses. It takes time to send overseas to USA, Canada, UK and Australia plus our other locations. Expect our FREE +SHIPPING offers to arrive in 3 to 6 weeks. Delays beyond our control can happen when items land in your country and go through your customs inspection. Again, we cannot control how long it takes once your item lands in your country of origin. We've seen it take 3 days and we've seen it take 3 weeks. Just know... you will get your item. If for some reason it does not arrive within the 4 weeks we expected, contact us. Items can get lost in the mail, and we can talk about getting a replacement item out to you if it went missing.
Many people who order multiple items from our store, will have those items fulfilled by multiple warehouses in Asia or the USA and will most likely get those items in separately mailed packages. This is due to logistical reasons, where items may not all be in the same warehouse or city. Packages may or may not have a tracking #. Orders shipped from Asia will have an International tracking number, Orders over $40.00 in the US will be shipped with tracking numbers. Most of the time, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes a few days apart, or even a couple weeks apart.
Credit Card Charges:
If your order was paid through a credit card, The name appearing on your statement will be “Dilydalee or Speedy Health Supplements”.
Since most of our items are custom made to order, it takes about a week to make them. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Depending on our backlog, it may be sooner. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped. We only provide tracking numbers for orders larger than $40.00, otherwise, they are sent by First Class US Mail which DOES NOT provide tracking numbers. In stock items are shipped within 3 business days.
Small orders 13 ounces or less are shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Larger, heavy orders are shipped by Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx Home Delivery. Out of stock items will be shipped when inventory is available unless we receive a cancellation 24 hours prior to us shipping your order.
Standard orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service using the e-delivery confirmation service. It is important to note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the package once it is scanned as”delivered” by the United States Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or theft of a package after it has been scanned “delivered” by the USPS.
We will send packages International to Canada, United Kingdom, England, Australia, Puerto Rico, Brazil, and Japan. They will be charged actual shipping charges plus $2.00 handling fee. You may request a rate quote by email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping. Normally International packages are not tracked unless higher more expensive shipping options are selected. Customers must pay all taxes and duties imposed on them by their governments. We do ship all smaller orders as commercial samples. Limits to change per country being sent to. Check with USPS.com for order sales amount limits.
*NOTE: There no refunds on postage and no refunds on already shipped orders. All sales are final. We will be happy though to try to correct any problems you have with the order.
