If the Return is the fault of Dilydalee:
Applies to mistake including shipping the wrong item or damaged by carrier. We will pay for return postage and send out the correct item or refund your credit card 100% of the purchase price.
If the Return is the fault of the customer:
This applies to customers changing their mind after the item has been shipped (buyers remorse). We will accept returns up to 21 days after deliver date provided on the package tracking information. They must meet the following conditions. Product must be unopened and in resell able condition. We do not pay for return postage, or shipping and handling.
Returns Require Prior Authorization:
Please package up your returns and enclose the reason for the return inside the package. Please send by a carrier that provides tracking. The cheapest is the US Postal Service usps.com. They provide free tracking and package pickup. Send package less than 13 ounces by First Class Mail or heavier packages by Priority Mail or another carrier choice.
Packages must be addressed this way or the return may be rejected.

Although there is free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable!
Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed the actual cost of shipping & handling. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility.
